Our weekly specials form the heart of the vibrant BlueBlood experience. With evenings such as Roll’n Thursdays, Bao & Beer, Bubbles & Oysters, and Taste of Nikkei, we offer a diverse weekly lineup inspired by the rich food cultures of Japan and Peru. Roll’n Thursdays is the go-to night for lovers of sushi, modern Nikkei bites, and a stylish setting. At Bao & Beer, you’ll enjoy soft bao buns paired with specially selected beers. Bubbles & Oysters is all about luxury and sophistication, while Taste of Nikkei introduces guests to the essence of Nikkei cuisine: Japanese techniques combined with Peruvian ingredients and flair.

Among the highlights of our event program are the Latin Food Festivals and Peruvian Food Festivals, held quarterly and known to sell out quickly. During these large-scale evenings, we present extensive buffet setups inspired by Latin American countries such as Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. All dishes are freshly prepared by our chefs and showcase the rich traditions and authentic flavours of these diverse cuisines. Our Peruvian Food Festivals are particularly special: BlueBlood is the first restaurant in the Netherlands to receive the official distinction for authentic Peruvian cuisine, ensuring a truly high-quality Peruvian dining experience.
